I love this recipe and so do the kids. It’s very simple and super quick. I don’t even use a mixer, just a bowl and a fork.
Prep time: 2-3 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 f.
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large eggs
1 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
I put all of the above ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and stir with a fork until fully mixed (about a minute). Pour batter into a 9 x 13 baking dish (spray with non-stick cooking spray) and bake for 30 minutes.
These brownies are really terrific with or without frosting. I usually can’t be talked into the frosting. I’m lazy that way.
Enjoy =)

Mmmmmmmmm…….they look superb!!! Tell Hayley that she looks fantastic. I just love her new doo!
Mmmm brownies! I have this same recipe except mine also calls to dump in 2 cups of whatever candy you’d like. I add chocolate chips and voila fudge brownies, no icing happening.
Fresh baked brownies, love it!
What fab looking brownies. Will definitely try out at weekend. Like the variations in the comments too.
@Frankie, Thanks Frankie!
