Just 6-7 Hours …
Just 6-7 hours and we’ll be home. I’m posting again from my iPhone. This will, therefore, be short. Mostly because the keyboard is the size of my thumb. There’s been no fooling around today. Mr. MK has to be at work in the morning. I hate that we always fall behind and make the last day hell’ish.
While I am discussing hell’ish, I’d like to say I have special place in my dislike file for Canadian customs officials. So miserable! Is it a job requisite? If so they might like to recruit Georgia!?
Speaking of Georgia she totally and utterly humiliated me in the restrooms of a Shelby, MT truckstop. When I’ve recovered from the shame … I’ll tell you about it. Remind me.
Exhausted somewhere in southern Alberta.

I have a feeling that most Canadians feel the same about our immigration/customs folks. I think being surly is a prerequisite – regardless of country! :)

I too, can hardly wait.

Oie! Sounds like you will have more than a tale or two to tell about Georgia when your road trip/Disney adventure comes to an end. I agree about our custom agents being a disgruntled bunch–they don’t make us feel warm and fuzzy about returning to OUR OWN country!

well at least she embarrassed you in Montana and not some place they know you! Hopefully the last few hours of your trip go smoothly! You are brave going that far with all the kids!

So true about almost being home! I love a good vacation, but sometimes there is so much work with getting home-I am not always sure. Thanks, Cindi

No matter how great the vacation is, the trip home is exhausting. Then there’s the fun of getting home, unpacking, laundry and all the fun stuff you have to catch up on. LOL
I am so glad you have shared your trip with us, drive safely the rest of the way.
