YUM – The Organic Box Delivery

Published by on

Our first The Organic Box delivery arrived this afternoon. I’m very impressed.

theorganicbox.ca

This box was left at the front door, filled with tons of fruit and vegetable goodness. All of it organic and much of it locally grown.

Total cost $50. There is no way, I could buy all of this organic produce at the grocery store or the farmers market for $50.

We’re having a BIG ole salad tonight.

That is flippin AWESOME! I can’t even deal with how cool that is. Does that make me weird to get all excited over an Organic Box??

    @leslie, Well, I don’t think it’s weird. Then again, I got so excited about the organic box that I took photos of it and wrote a blog post on it, so you may be asking the wrong person. ;)

    You are right, it is flippin’ awesome.

    @leslie,

    Hey Leslie I honestly think that it would be weird if you weren’t excited. Given what’s normal, and unacceptable, it’s important that we all get excited about the better alternatives.

    Ironically, the alternatives should just be normal, but that’s a long way off … so stay excited and share that with everyone you meet! :D

@Dimend, Awsome! You will love it :) Would you mind telling them you found them through me (Kim Becker)? You should make sure your sisters give your name :) I think you’ll get $20 credit for each referral.

I like the idea of doing this … admittedly, however, I have done this before and ended up with veggies that I never really used (and I’m vegan :P. I’ve even grown radishes and not know what to do with them (LOL!).

Did you watch the TED talk on their website? I haven’t seen a kid at TED before. It’s a good talk actually.
