Who’s Sueing Who? WEiRdoS!

Published by on

Earlier tonight as I sat drinking my after dinner coffee, I was interupted by a bunch of bullshit arguing and shouting from the direction of the kids rooms! I wasn’t sure exactly what the problem was (still don’t). I chose to ignore it!
BUT, not for long …

Lizzy: Moooooom, can I SUE Sam?

MommyKnows: WHAT?

Lizzy: CAN. I. SUE. SAM?

MommyKnows: NO!

Sam: You don’t even know how to sue Liz.
Remember, I wasn’t there, but I pretty much know (’cause MommyKnows) that this was followed by sticking his tongue out and bobbing his head.

Lizzy: I’ll just get a lawyer Sam!
Remember, I wasn’t there, but I pretty much know (’cause MommyKnows) that this was followed by a — one hand on the hip and the other wagging in his face, all done with a ‘talk to the hand’ kind of attitude.

Mommyknows: Ok you guys, cut out the ‘litigous crap’ or you’re going to bed!

WEiRdoS!
Silence … AHHH … now that’s better.

Do you remember the “Kids Say the Darndest Things” Show?! I think Bill Cosby
was the host/instagater for the show. It made me laugh so hard. You kids remind me of that!! Thanks for the free Valentine’s gift ( brag book )!
I appreciate it…..Cindi :)

Funny how well the “Or you’re going to bed” line usually works :) Well, I guess it is better they are choosing the legal system to help them work out their differences then the normal brother-sister screaming/wrestling matches!

Hilarious. I never really watched “kids say the darndest things”, but w/the things my kids come up with (& they’re only 3 & 1.5), i can only imagine the hilarity.

That is funny. I love when you can not see what kids are doing, but you can picture them with the hands on the hip and bobbing their heads.

I absolutely love that hand scan! Its fantastic.

As for Liz and Sam-I’m pretty sure I told my little brother I was going to sue him multiple times. I also told him he was going to jail and that he’d have to live with rats. I’m so evil.

Kids can come up with the most hilarious ideas. I just watched Michael Clayton last night. Talk about a hardcore litigious plot!

That photo is amazing. What software do you use to “play” with your photos after?

Andrea · February 10, 2008 at 9:16 am

haha…kids are funny…who knows what they’ll come up with next! nice hand too. ;)

Deanne S. · February 10, 2008 at 9:52 am

Not in a million years could anyone ever try to explain what we’d experience in parenthood!! Gotta love ’em!

Naomi · February 10, 2008 at 11:01 am

I can’t wait until mine get… litigious.

Lisa · February 10, 2008 at 12:12 pm

That is so funny. I remember when I was little telling my best friend “my dad is going to beat your dad up”. How life has evolved to I am going to sue you. LOL

Julie · February 10, 2008 at 12:16 pm

So funny! Just think of all the funny conversations they must have when you’re not in earshot!

Michelle · February 10, 2008 at 2:01 pm

It is funny the things they come up with. I guess pretty to talk about sueing each other than beating the crap out of each other.

witchypoo · February 10, 2008 at 2:48 pm

It’s even funnier because Canada is not overly litigious.
The scan is a keeper
*keeping it*

Lawyers in the making, eh. Well, at least they’ll make enough money to support you in your old age!

I should do some work too but feel like taking a nap. Oh it’s 8pm. Maybe early to bed tonight.

My nieces are only in the pushing and taking things from each other stage. (3 and 16 months) I think I can wait for the arguing to begin.

Wow…it’s crazy how our litigious society affects children at such a young age!
