It’s so cool. The inner geek in me comes out, and I think about wanting a telescope. I heard you can see Saturn’s rings tonight with one.

Absolutely amazing. I was enthralled with the eclipse. We headed out and shared it with our children and our neighbours. The best part was my Dad was watching up North at the exact same time. Almost like we were together even though we weren’t.

It was fantastic. And your picture is great!

Michelle · February 20, 2008 at 11:46 pm

I didn’t take a single photo, but *wasn’t it awesome?!* So amazing, awe-inspiring, and way cool. Eclipses always make me think about the people centuries ago, who thought the earth was ending, apocalypse had arrived. I can totally see why they would have thought that…

T and I had to go outside, take pics, and watch….it was so amazing!! You got a terrific photo! Neat to think that everyone around the world gets to see the same thing, isn’t it!

That’s my daughter’s new word, “moon.” Since that’s the case I made sure to take her out to say goodnight to the moon last night before bed. It was spectacular.

Cindi Hoppes · February 21, 2008 at 8:23 am
