This is Lizzy.
She’s 8 going on 80!
She’s smart, funny, sensible and gets things done. She’s the first kid person out of bed every morning and she wastes no time. By the time the rest of us rise, Lizzy is dressed, fed, has her backpack ready, snacks/lunch packed AND sometimes she has her brothers stuff ready too. She is always willing to help me get the rest of the crew out the door. Recently she took over the laundry (really) and WOW what a pro!
She is full of energy and loves the outdoors. Snow, sun, rain- she’d rather be outside than in. She’s a tom-boy in pink tu-tu’s and pony-tails!

Please don’t think you’re lazy for giving away a gift card…actually, it’s one of my favourite prizes!!! Basically, it’s a “pick your own” prize. And by the way, I think that dress is honestly one of the cutest I’ve ever seen.
And what would I buy….I really don’t know. Perhaps some swimming attire as my long torsoed children keep growing out of what they have!

What a tough decision!!LOL I think I would put it towards 1 of three things, either a Bamboozle (oh how I’m lusting after one of those!!), or a wool soaker (haven’t tried on yet) or a new outfit for my baby. He’s number 6 and has a lot of hand-me-downs!!:o)

There is soooooo much to choose from – it would take me DAYS to decide what to buy with a gift card… I would lay awake at night pondering – do I buy something practical like more cloth diapers, or something totally not needed but totally cute like ANOTHER dress for my daughter who refuses to wear anything but (she says, “princesses only wear dresses”), or what about a new toy for the baby??? Decisions, decisions…

Oh, I am on the hunt for new cute (but modest) dresses for our 2 year old (I don’t think she should be flashing her diaper when she bends over, call me crazy, but it does not seem like a good idea…), and I am also on the look out for sun play outfits that have the UV protection in them!

After yesterday, I’m getting me a superman sunsuit! Well, not me, I don’t think they make them in mommy sizes, even though my boys seem to think I am super-girl (or slavegirl, one of the two) OR mayby some bical grippers! ( I still think they are the best) I would add a link, but I’m techno-imapired when it comes to blogs! I’m just not sure how! Keep cool,

Lizzy sounds like such a great helper! What a good Mommy (and Daddy) she must have.

I would love to win today’s prize. I have raised 4 sons and am now raising 4 very dear foster children. I’ve purchased cloth diapers and love them . What a difference compared to 25 years ago when I used the old fashioned ones! Mom’s today have such neat stuff to purchase online.
