Hello … McFly?

Published by on

Did I really say I was going to blog everyday for 365 days? Really? Did you believe me?

*SIGH* I am all out of ideas. It could be that I still haven’t recovered from my sleepless weekend.

Believe it or not, I am on my way back to the warehouse (it’s 6:45 pm). I was there ALL day and I will be there until late tonight. Our BIG sale is going well, but we use an outdated inventory system (I COUNT it) … so to make sure we don’t over sell, I have to pull and prepack orders as they come in. ACK!

I was going to show you some more pictures …

Fairy Sisters
Oops! Sorry! Even I am getting sick of looking @ pictures of this kid in a tutu. Oh well, one more won’t kill ya!

Give me some blogging ideas please … whadaya wanna know?

Wow.. You sound like you are having too much fun..Haha

You need to go check out what I have been doing..I finally blogged about more than you..haha..

Georgia looks like she got her sister involved this time. Oh..and I was looking at your archived articles earlier today to see if you had pics of Georgia as a baby – I imagine she was the exact same but without that long wavy blonde hair. Well, anyways..I love the bear spray story! That is so priceless.

Personally I never get bored of the adorable pictures of the cutie in a tutu…

have you done the “what are 7 random things about you?” meme yet? or the “where were you 10, 20 and 30 years ago?” meme? or the one where you post 3 pictures with the line “a REAL mom _____” and you fill in the blanks?

or you could just let one of your kids play on the keyboard for awhile and see what happens :)

I hope your evening at the warehouse goes well.

blondie · January 7, 2008 at 8:26 pm

I like reading about the kids… I miss them…
And geeze can’t belive you stayed out all night… i’m only 18 and am dead at like 2…
And yes i wanna see if you can keep this posting everyday going. It’s very hard isn’t it!! HAHAHA.

Divrchk · January 7, 2008 at 8:55 pm

Do you have any crazy holiday customer stories? I could never think of things to blog every day. Good luck!

mama k · January 7, 2008 at 9:52 pm

yes, dish about your customers. hehe

I’m curious to hear how you got started in your business and how long you have been doing it. :)

Jaime Stephens · January 7, 2008 at 10:02 pm

You could encourage your visitors to peruse your wonderful site and then post a link to their favorite item. Then you’d have people looking at new products.

bree · January 7, 2008 at 10:13 pm

Ok this warehouse you speak of. Where is it? Like is it part of your house? or is it somewhere else? You could always post what your set up is. I am curious after you showed the shoes..haha :) it must be huge!

Michelle · January 7, 2008 at 10:16 pm

Oh, who could ever be sick of seeing that cutie in a tutu? And what kind of camera do you use? Do you have picture taking tips? Your photos are absolutely amazing!

Hannah · January 7, 2008 at 10:23 pm

Wow – blogging every day for a year?!?! You’re mad!!

One of my blog buddies uses blog prompts for hers. You can find them online. Questions to get you thinking and give you something to post about, and often involve your readers too. So you could check them out!

And more photos of your cute kids is never a bad thing … you could fill a few dozen posts that way!

Michelle · January 7, 2008 at 11:02 pm

Blogging everyday – wow! I would definitely run out of new things to say quickly. I can’t think of suggestions for your blogging. My brain is too tired at the moment!

Robynl · January 7, 2008 at 11:39 pm

I love blogs but I would imagine it hard to come up with something for every day.
That is a cute patootie in a tutu.
Count me in for the draw on the GC.

glittersmama · January 7, 2008 at 11:49 pm

Didn’t you say that you lived in the middle east somewhere growing up? Tell us about that. If you want.

Cocoa · January 7, 2008 at 11:51 pm

I’d try searching the net for blog prompts too. And i love all the Canadian scenery photos. Not to mention the ones of your kids…and you!

Caryn B · January 8, 2008 at 12:01 am

Hmmm…You could blog about the latest/greatest products for moms/babies (from your store?)

Carey · January 8, 2008 at 6:35 am

The tutu is so adorable!

Do you have time to read? What are you reading now? Is it any good?

Jamie · January 8, 2008 at 7:48 am

Oh geez… what do I want to know? Hmmm… how much do you love being Canadian??

((wait, you are Canadian right? Or do you just live in Canada???))

Kait · January 8, 2008 at 7:57 am

Love her little tattoos. My son’s belly is covered in them! Okay, so how did you start the Baby Marketplace?

Deb · January 8, 2008 at 9:05 am

I’d love to hear more about some trips you’ve taken. I’m already thinking of summer holidays and want some ideas!

Laura · January 8, 2008 at 9:18 am

LOL, ok I love the contrast of soft pink girly tutu, and hard-@$$ tattoos on the arm. :D

lace · January 8, 2008 at 10:26 am

I’m with glittersmama – How about some info about growing up in Dubai (Dubai right? I think that is where you said you grew up)

I’d also be interested in your office set up/warehouse/business etc.

Kristian · January 8, 2008 at 11:29 am

I guess I had better stop shopping at your store then, seeing as how I am creating far too much work for you :)

Naomi · January 8, 2008 at 1:03 pm

I love the tutu and tattoos… I’ve got one of those at home!

Pat · January 8, 2008 at 1:08 pm

I think it’s a beautiful photo. I’ve never seen such a young ballerina with tattoos!

Colleen · January 8, 2008 at 5:40 pm

Oh…. I won’t get tired of seeing her in a tutu!

Heather · January 8, 2008 at 7:01 pm

I thought blogging every day sounded like an overwhelming commitment… ;) Anyway, I always like to hear ideas for fun, quality time activities to do with your children.

Rebecca · January 8, 2008 at 7:07 pm

That is a beautiful picture!

I about croaked when I realized that I’ve posted 20 times already this month. I may regret this in a few months when I have NOTHING to say. :)

Lucy · January 9, 2008 at 9:28 am

I once wrote a post about things like how our dog takes mouthfuls of food, carries them to another room, drops them and then eats them. I was astounded by how many people were thrilled to share a little every day gripe like that.

katie bowen · January 10, 2008 at 3:40 pm

props to u for trying to EVERYDAY do the blog…..the best of luck!

Ginny · January 11, 2008 at 10:40 am

My goodness! That tutu is beautiful and so is the little girl in it!!

Cindi Hoppes · January 11, 2008 at 8:00 pm

It would be interesting hearing about your business. I think it is very difficult to run your own business. Seems it is always there! Cindi

Connie · August 2, 2011 at 7:25 pm

What a cute girl. I know this blog is old, just discovered it. I am learning to make tutus. Started my own blog. Make a tutu skirt
