A Bear from Texas, 2 Winners (and an Itty Bitty Giveaway).
A little bear arrived this morning, all the way from Texas. You may have seen ‘Teddy’ around before, he is a friend of OMSH. He used to live in this beautiful shop, now he’s in my messy diningroom, living on Great-Grandma’s side board (for now). He’s kind of quiet but, he seems happy enough. He’s smiling. We like him – A LOT.
Just wait until you see what was in the package for Georgia – TOO cute (coming soon).

Watercolors
Yesterday, out of the blue, I decided we’d ALL paint (Mr. MK too). Nope, not the walls, on paper just for fun. This is VERY, VERY unlike me! The children looked shocked.
Generally, I discourage arts and crafts (until the sitter arrives) due to the mess and general chaos! I am not sure what came over me?! It might be the 30 Tiny Moments, forcing me to be a little bit more creative and look at things a wee bit differently. There I go, getting all artsy-fartsy on you.
By the time we were set up and I had explained the strict watercolor bylaws rules to Sam and Liz, Georgia had fallen asleep on the couch. YAH! Oops, did I say that out loud? (Sorry Georgie)
What rules? Well, you know the standard painting strict watercolor bylaws rules –> make sure your brush is clean before you put it in a new color, because if you use black and then put it in the yellow and get it dirty; I’ll have to beat you with a BIG stick. If you rinse your dirty brush in my clean water, then I’ll beat you with the BIG stick again. Keep your brush on your own paper. No arguing. No yelling. No whining (SAM). It sounds like a barrel of laughs, eh?

Earlier tonight as I sat drinking my after dinner coffee, I was interupted by a bunch of bullshit arguing and shouting from the direction of the kids rooms! I wasn’t sure exactly what the problem was (still don’t). I chose to ignore it!

Generation O
A couple nights ago, while watching AC360, I heard this phrase for the first time – Generation ‘O’.
As in, the generation to follow ‘X’, which was preceded by the babyboomers.
Hmmm … I wonder what the ‘O’ stands for? I promptly decided it was for ‘Online’ and forgot about it. That kind of makes sense doesn’t it?

I have been struggling with a coding problem for several hours. Getting extremely frustrated! When this kind of thing happens, I just can’t do ANYTHING else! I must figure out and solve the problem … GRRRR!

Tuckered Out
I am so tired, like really, really, really tired. Really, I am so tired I could cry, but I won’t.
I am so tired, I ‘almost’ couldn’t eat that pizza I made for supper (almost).
I am so tired, I might not do the dishes. I might not get my kids in their pj’s and I might not even care what time they go to bed. For sure I am too tired to care if they have a bath.
I am so tired, I am not going to worry about the laundry and I am certainly not going to do it.
I am so tired, I don’t care what’s on TV. I don’t care that Mitt is short for Milton (not Mitthew — hahaha … I crack myself up!)
I am so tired, I might just go to bed on time.
