My favourite lifetime Betty Crocker recipe is for roasted vegetables. I see they have a similar, updated version of it in their new Big Red Cookbook, called roasted squash. Basically it is any number and amount of root vegetables slow roasted with low heat for awhile. They do not need to be watched or stirred. It can be done in a slow cooker, the oven, an electric fry pan or roaster, or even on a BBQ. They cook in their own juices and taste so good.

My Mom has an OLD copy of a Betty Crocker cookbook and makes the Yorkshire Pudding in it. We often have it with roast beef. SO yummy!

So many great recipes! One of my new favourite recipes would be the Key Lime-Coconut Cream Bundt Cake.

My fav recipes is classic — apple pie! My kids love it and I have loved it since I was a kid … of course I kick it old school with a nice slice of med cheddar but the kids like it with some vanilla ice cream.
