It’s karma! Seriously, at first I was too lazy to go and get the bag to drawn numbers so I thought, I’ll just think of a # randomly – so I thought up the #18. It was my own post! Well, obviously I can’t win and don’t want to! Just then, my daughter (big 17 year old one), walked in the room, and I had her pick a # out of the blue #’s bag I made last night. She told me “9”!

There is a lesson here ladies … pimp out my blog and you’ll win (just kidding of course)!

*********

It’s Day 2 and we’re giving away BICAL GRIPPERS.

(Well nearly Day 2, but Day 1 is closed for comments and we have a winner)

May Madness Day 2 - Bical Grippers Orange Stripes

This is the color … you can choose the size from 7 – 11.

Combining the comfort of a sock with the practicality, strength and support of a shoe – Bical introduces the sturdy and safe, non slip rubber sole baby shoe/sock!

Every baby will love a pair of these non toxic, washable shoes.

These wonderful shoes keep little feet comfortable while at play at the pool, the beach, the lake or the waterpark. Thick orange rubber soles have plenty of traction to prevent slips.

Great for indoor play areas and preschool!

Neoprene knit uppers allow water and air to flow through for a great sock like fit.

Take a look at our customer panel reviews for Bical Gripper/Water Shoes…

If you’d like these Bical Grippers – just leave a comment!

We’re giving away a FREE product every day until the end of May. Read more here: Contest Details

I originally saw these cute shoes in a magazine and too a look at them online. They are very original…I love that they are soft and snug like a sock…probably very easy to put on…yet waterproof. Can’t wait to try them! I’m off to read about the sizing now…

Those shoes look awesome!!! I bet they would be great for my son, at the lake!!! :)

Deanne Suddaby · May 8, 2007 at 10:01 pm

I just discovered your website through links trying to find some babylegs for my daughter….too bad I missed the draw yesterday – but the shoes look fantastic for the beach and running around the spray decks in the summer!

Mom2Six · May 8, 2007 at 10:57 pm

My kids spend hours in the pool each day all summer long. The rough plaster is hard on little feet. These shoes would be perfect for my baby as he crawls by me on the pool steps!

You have a beautiful website, by the way!

Mary-Jo · May 8, 2007 at 11:16 pm

These shoes are so adorably funky and would suit my daugter Teagan to a tee! She still wearing boots and it’s getting hot… BABY NEEDS SHOES and MAMA HAS NO MONEY!

Yan · May 8, 2007 at 11:45 pm

Cool ! I got one for my son last year from your store, and we all just LOVE it, at 18 months old last year, he could pull it on and off himself. We would love to get this summer too :) Thanks.

maricar · May 9, 2007 at 12:02 am

Those are fantastic! They’d be great for my little girl when she’s running around… on the tile or on carpet even. Very grippy. :)

Becky · May 9, 2007 at 12:28 am

I just saw these in my American Baby magazine, and have to have some! Getting them for free would be a lot better than having to shell out the money for them! Especially since this is my first baby and I’ve already spend soooo much money on her already! Yippie for free stuff!

jenB · May 9, 2007 at 12:48 am

I guess I will have to BUY some baby legs. so 7-11 in toddler or kid sizes? Charlotte is just in a 7 toddler. I LOVE orange and she has the habit of tripping like her mom. She needs grips!

Dee Dee · May 9, 2007 at 6:09 am

Those are some cool shoes. I’d love to win those!

Nenni · May 9, 2007 at 7:26 am

They look great for the beach!

Andréane · May 9, 2007 at 7:30 am

Wowowowowo They look so cute!!
Je les veux…s’il vous plait!!!!!!

Jenny T · May 9, 2007 at 7:47 am

We love Bical sandals!! Both my kids wore them all last summer and I bought a couple pairs already for this summer. I would love another pair either to give as a gift to one of the many people who ALWAYS ask, ‘where did you get those?’ or as a backup if we wear through a pair.

michelle · May 9, 2007 at 8:23 am

I love those little shoes. My little guy would look so cute in those. I hope that we get picked!

Amy · May 9, 2007 at 8:42 am

Ohmygosh! I’ve never seen those before but I LOVE them!

Katie · May 9, 2007 at 8:51 am

This is Katie who won yesterday. I just wanted to publicly say thank you! My kids will love these!

Laurie · May 9, 2007 at 9:00 am

Wow, these are so cute! I won’t need them for a while but I would still like to win them. Thanks!

kim · May 9, 2007 at 9:05 am

jenB – they are toddler sizes … I love the orange too.

Katie – you are welcome :)

Amy :) · May 9, 2007 at 9:19 am

My 13-month-old is just learning to walk but refuses to leave his velcro shoes and sandals on. I’ll bet these would be harder for him to take off by himself!

Katie · May 9, 2007 at 9:30 am

I’d like to win these because my name is also Katie and I think it would be great if Katie’s won two days in a row. Plus, we’re moving down by the beach this month and I was going to buy two pair of these from you anyways and then I’d just have to buy one!

lindsayc · May 9, 2007 at 9:57 am

so cute! love the contest idea and am now trolling the website to shop.

kerflop · May 9, 2007 at 10:30 am

I’ve never seen those! Would love them!

Caitilin · May 9, 2007 at 11:31 am

I would love to have these for my daughter. She loved her bical sandals last summer, and we need something for this summer. The grippers look great, and Heidi is crazy for stripes!

Thanks for considering us!

Zelatrice · May 9, 2007 at 11:37 am

It’s a brilliant concept ! We’d love our child to benefit of this offer. The colors are wonderful and bring good humor.

Jen the Mom · May 9, 2007 at 11:53 am

25 Comments! You’re pure genius! I should do this on my website. Although I’d need to find cool things to give away every day and sadly, I don’t have my finger on the pulse of what’s cool anymore.

Janice · May 9, 2007 at 11:55 am

Wow! I hadn’t seen these before. I would love to have my little one wear these. He is just getting into swimming. Thanks for the fun contests.

Heather K · May 9, 2007 at 12:09 pm

We have lots of slipper trouble in our house, but these might work. My oldest wears orthotics that come above the ankle and it’s hard finding shoes/slippers to fit over them, but the sock part might do the trick!

Sam · May 9, 2007 at 12:25 pm

Heck, this would be great for plain old puddle jumping. So cute! I have no idea what size I would need but I would love to be in the pool for this one!

Sara T. · May 9, 2007 at 12:37 pm

These would be so cool for either my son or as a gift to the little girl I babysit for. They’d be great for when I break out the pool during the summer. Hot scratchy cement is no fun on bare little feet.

Aunt Amy · May 9, 2007 at 1:17 pm

These would look so cute on my 5 year old—especially since she wears socks with everything, and the doubled up look would be so stylish.

Jennifer Bogart · May 9, 2007 at 1:58 pm

Wow, those are so cute! They look so stylish, and grippers are ALWAYS good! I love the stripes!

Elise Vajsabel · May 9, 2007 at 2:33 pm

I have two daughters aged 3 and 18 months and I have a third baby on the way. I’m sure we would get great use out of a pair of Bical Grippers!

tran · May 9, 2007 at 3:41 pm

i want these shoes for my daughter thats 8 months old. she hates regular shoes but love her socks!

Jennifer Walker · May 9, 2007 at 7:00 pm

My 15 month old son needs shoes for camping. These would be perfect!

Naomi · May 9, 2007 at 7:37 pm

So cute! I want some in my size, too!!!

melman · May 9, 2007 at 7:42 pm

That is like the neatest banner picture ever. Awesome expressions. Did you just tell them there is no Santa or something?

kim · May 9, 2007 at 7:51 pm

Melman,

Thanks! I told ’em the bear was going to eat them (in bed). Haahaahaa (I’m not sick of it yet), I am seriously liking this game, but my husband is getting just a little annoyed (no worries that’s the best part), but it truely is pretty hysterical.

hmama · May 9, 2007 at 7:55 pm

I have a pair of these grippers for my son for this summer and just enjoyed them in the bahamas!!! I would also love a pair for my 8 month old daughter who may (hopefully) start to walk this summer!

Clare · May 9, 2007 at 7:57 pm

My daughter loves to take her shoes off, even when she shouldn’t! These look a little more challenging to remove. Maybe we can avoid some splinters?? :S

anita · May 9, 2007 at 8:17 pm

These would be great for the pool or cottage. I love the groovy colour.

hairyshoefairy · May 9, 2007 at 8:34 pm

Woohoo! Pick me!

Nicole · May 9, 2007 at 9:29 pm

Love them. Want them. Neeeeeed them. And who doesn’t love to win stuff?

I have no idea what size my youngest wears. He just had his first birthday a few weeks ago. If I win, I will measure his feet and learn something new.

These look so great for a new walker to keep his footing at the pool! Or even to keep the pokies at bay in the back yard…

Shauna · May 9, 2007 at 10:43 pm

Oh Pick Me! Pick Meeeee! I love these shoes!! I ordered a pair for my daughter last summer and she wears them EVERYWHERE! But with the latest growth spurt they’re getting a bit tight, so we really, really need another pair to get her through this summer
