Hope this post was happier for you than the last. I did find it humorous how you are the type to call people out on things.. Glad it wasnt me :) – Although, you should not have to take crap like that, especially when there are people like me that can prove you are great and prove those folks wrong. So, after all the people vouching for you and standing up for you, I hope this was a happier typing session!!

I love Georgia’s outfit and her hair & complexion makes me jealous. My girls are gorgeous, but both have dirty blonde/light brown hair..neither got the white hair from me when I was little.. It was like Georgia’s – :(

Take care sweetie! I am glad you are posting again..we missed yall!

That color is stunning on her!

Auntie Gayle · December 12, 2007 at 1:05 am

Gorgeous Georgia! Love that dress.

mama k · December 12, 2007 at 4:30 am

And she’s just too cute too! Love that outfit. :)

Amanda · December 12, 2007 at 4:34 am

Have to agree here with everyone else! That color truly is stunning on her. Really brings out her lips. Gorgeous girl. Momma you sure do good work :)

she sounds like my kids…*sigh*

My son is three and is starting to come in handy. He likes to throw his baby sister’s diapers in the trash, put his dirty clothes in the laundry basket, and he actually likes doing dishes. I’m lucky that he’s a good helper because Marley’s only 4 months old.

I always say, who needs Montessori when I have a house that needs organizing! Put them to work early and often!

Jamie · December 12, 2007 at 9:03 am

Yup. Early to work is a good thing! I had kids so that eventually i would never have to work again!

It’s not working out so well thus far tho…

Keara · December 12, 2007 at 9:14 am

So sweet! I love that dress! It is beautiful! Wish I had a girl!

My son loves to help with the laundy and will come a runnin when I say I am taking the trash out. Mommy’s little helper.

Lisa · December 12, 2007 at 9:31 am

It is fun when they help. Although laundry takes me three times longer with two two year olds helping:)

Susy-Q · December 12, 2007 at 11:47 am

Your daughter looks smashing n that dress, although to be honest, she would probably look cute wearing a paper bag!

I already have my 16-month old son helping me with the laundry. he loves to take the clothes out of the washer (front loader) and put it in the dryer. I don’t expect that kind of enthusiasm when he will be 16!

Naomi · December 12, 2007 at 12:08 pm

Georgia looks so sweet. A little overdressed for chores, but I would be, too, if my mom owned a cool boutique…

I can’t wait until Roo can put away her own laundry. That will be a milestone!

Heather · December 12, 2007 at 12:17 pm

She looks darling…putting the dishes away in dress up clothes reminds me of doing the laundry in my heels… :)

Colleen · December 12, 2007 at 1:40 pm

I love catching pictures of Zoe doing housework. haha.

The dress is beautiful. Very festive.

bree · December 12, 2007 at 2:03 pm

She is beautiful! what a great helper! GOtta start them early :) hehe

Michelle · December 12, 2007 at 2:34 pm

My daughter went through a stage were she insisted on being called Cinderella. So we got her a mop and some rags and got her to clean just like Cinderella. The novelty wore off fast but it was cute.

Happy Geek · December 12, 2007 at 5:17 pm

Sooo cute. That dress is enough to make me want a girl! But then I think about 13 year old girls and I am OK again.

Jenny M · December 12, 2007 at 5:26 pm

What a good helper=). And so adorable=). Start em while they’re young

Amy · December 12, 2007 at 6:06 pm

Isn’t it great when they find a fun task and it’s a helpful one at that!

Andrea · December 12, 2007 at 7:39 pm

hehe…yes, I know how you feel! My 16 month old son just figured out what CLEANING UP means…and he does it now with no fuss or complaints – I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Deanne S. · December 12, 2007 at 10:44 pm

Yeah, if only the novelty wouldn’t wear off!!

Laura · December 13, 2007 at 11:51 am

Yes, WHAT is with ripping the couch cushions off?? I am ready to pull my hair out with this… nobody wants cushions on the couch in my house.

I am still waiting for my 3 year old to become useful (lol), but my 2 year old girl just LOVES to help. In fact, if she is fussy or cranky, we make up a task for her to do and she cheers right up!

Jaime Stephens · December 13, 2007 at 2:45 pm

I agree.. what is with ripping the cushions off the couch? It drives me crazy. My 3 year old also has the occasional moment where she helps out around the house. My goodness though they’re few and few between!

Carissa · December 13, 2007 at 3:11 pm

i can’t even get my 8 year old to do her chores everyday!

leslie · December 13, 2007 at 3:33 pm

…the boyo love to “do” the dishwasher…we’re teaching him how to paint the livingroom for xmas!
