Sam’s rooms is getting a make-over—> as I type Mr. MK is painting the trim. He has spent most of his free time this week laying new flooring, painting and of course all the sanding, nailing and sawing that go with it.

While his room won’t really have a theme Sam would like it to reflect his love of skiing. Mr. MK has some antique downhill ski’s he is going to hang on the walls and I promised to print, frame and hang some photos of Sam skiing.

I don’t think I have ever had any of my photo’s printed … weird, eh? I am quite content to look at them on my monitor. But seeing as I take so many I might as well start showing them off (besides on the blog).

Due to a busy week. schedule. I am going to join OMSH and post a daily photo, instead of a wordy post for just one week.

Reading was a chore for Lizzy for a long time. Finally, she is starting to read for pleasure. For this I am thankful. I am also grateful that she let me snap this shot. She is getting stingy with photo-ops and letting me use them on the blog.

Today, we took Sam and Georgia out for lunch, then to hang out a the pet store (they LOVE the pet store). I took a whole pile of photo’s and they are ALL AWFUL.

There goes my pet store post. Instead, I am going to show you a series that I took last weekend during skiing. Georgia joined us for game night. She took our game of Conga very seriously. When it was her turn to guess …

she had to think with all of her might.

This is just a the tip of the iceberg where laundry is concerned. I don’t have the guts to show you the actual laundry room (this is just the pile at the end of the hallway). You’d certainly pity me if you saw the laundry room and probably think less of me too! Sigh I am considering taking it all to the local laudromat where they’ll wash and fold it all for a hefty price. It’s probably worth it!

He loves his transformers. He is so good at it! I shot a series of about 24 of this transformation. He barely moves but shot by shot the truck becomes a robot—don’t worry I won’t show you ALL of them.
