iPhoneography for Blogging

Published by Kim Becker on

I’m not sure if I remember what a blog post is! I’ve decided to start blogging from my iPad using images taken with my iPhone. I’m hoping taking away the need to edit raw images; and finding time to sit down at my desk top will alleviate some of the procrastination.

It’s been an amazing summer, full of wonderful adventures. We’ve spent a ton of time in the mountains. I love the Canadian Rockies.

This night spent around the fire was probably my favourite night of 2013. It was worth the 3000 foot climb to get there.

So what do you think, will iphoneography work for blogging?

Whatever you’re doing with photos, you’re doing it so well so keep it up! They are amazing and your love for the subject shines through! I think people are more interested in sharing in your story, whatever story you have to tell, and we don’t really care if it’s done on an iPad or slate! Whatever allows you to share your perspective with the most ease is what will work for us, your readers. At least, IMHO!

Extraordinary landscapes! Blogging with Ipad is a great idea. However, I’m not sure about taking pictures with Iphone only. Such landscape requires to be immortalized with the best photo equipment possible, IMHO.

Great pictures so phone blogging will apparently work. I do a lot of posts with my phone and the WP app.

Good blog btw, how you get content online is less important than the content itself.

They are absolutely stunning and makes us want more! If someone other than a Canmore local (me) wanted to hike up there, is it a marked hike or is it a two day hike? I have the book: “Where Locals Hike in the Canadian Rockies.” Is it listed in this book?

BTW, I think I am going to drive down to the local Save On Foods and pick up some Pillsbury Cinnamon Buns after reading your post. Holy Hanna, they sound mouthwatering good!
