I spent the morning working from my kitchen table.

It’s difficult with all my hooligans home, but the alternative, working @ my desk and ignoring them –> invariably turns out worse!
I don’t know what that $10 is doing there. Hmmm … unless one of the kids was trying to bribe me in to making some lunch. Hmmft … it’ll cost you more than that buddy!
I so didn’t want to go and pack orders today, but ALL (every single one) of my staff managed not to come to work. To waste a little time, I decided you needed to be aware of the state of my work space and I started taking pictures of my kitchen table desk.
After I shot my desk, I turned the camera on myself. *sigh*
I have NEVER been a lover of the way I look. I am well aware that I have ‘droopy’ eyes. It has crossed my mind that my chin is rather large. I am terrible about keeping my hair appointments, which means I spend most of my life having a ‘bad hair day’. A glimpse of my double chin can make me run for cover. I am learning to live with the wrinkles that come with the ‘new 20′ (ok, ok … I know I’m 40).
However, never once, EVER … has it crossed my mind that I have a BIG STINKIN’ NOSE, but I DO! I have evidence …

I could have lived happily, NEVER knowing! Freakin’ Nikon! Damn Lens!

Your eyes are way more eye-catching than your nose. And it’s so not big.

Well I don’t agree with any of what you posted about yourself but you have beautiful piercing blue eyes! Your daughter does too!

Now I feel really bad, if I had come into work then you would not have been playing with your camera at the table!
Your nose is not too big, take it from someone who has spent many a happy hour chatting at that kitchen table. It is completely in proportion with your face. I wish that I had your complexion!
I have finished a couple of books, so I will bring them tomorrow to help distract you further so that you don’t analyse your photos.

Well, the great skin & eyes on your kids definately came from you! Hopefully they will have the same great teeth! I found out I had a long, not big, (the boy was very specific) nose by a boyfriend in high school. I was clueless til then. Now, I am not a huge fan of my ‘long’ nose, but oh well! It is mine.
Okay..again.. look at my blog – Hey I might have to join the 365 thingy since you are making me blog everyday :)

Well, I see who the kids got their blonde/blue eyes from. PS – I don’t think ANYBODY actually likes their nose!

You don’t look forty at all!! I hardly see any of the wrinkles I’ve got. Especially the ones between my eyes from scowling at all the stupid things my 5 year old has been doing lately!!

thats the one thing on my face I would change! I cant stand my nose- I think it came from all the years my sister telling me I had a big nose, because I made fun of her buck teeth…but HEY! she got braces, mom and dad wouldnt pay for a nose job! so not fair! humpfh! But I have to say, you do not have a big nose at all! its your Nikon…you need a Canon babe hehe :)

There is NO way that any of us would have ever guessed you were forty if you hadn’t told us! Must have just been the camera angle (you know how they shoot upwards to make people look better, etc).

Wrinkles? Uh…I’m 31 and I have more than you! Those blue eyes of yours make up for any imperfections you might perceive (and I say “perceive” because I don’t see any!).

I hate my own pictures too. Instead of a double chin, I have a “butt chin”. You know, one of those masculine clefts that looks like a butt? Thanks, Dad!

I think anyone’s nose would look big if they took a close up like that! :) I would trade for your wrinkle-less skin in a heartbeat. (and I am still in my 20s). barely.
I had a facial done once (and only once) and the lady kept commenting that I had way too many wrinkles for my age. …sigh…
